I know that there's a download that will move the f1 to the top left, and change the background to gray, but I'm pretty sure that picture has been edited.

No, that is the real deal.

It was part of "NR2003 Small Updatesv1" and included reflection updates for the PWF and default mods.

I have it on a backup disc pm me if you are interested.
