.. in selling a logitech g25 for less than 200 bux. Amazon and newegg have them for 250 and i cant find them any cheaper than that. any pointing in the right direction would be great. i know this wheel is worth the asking price but i want to see if i can get it cheaper before i drop the 250 on it.

Thanks for the info guys. Yeah i saw that one on amazon. With shipping and tax it comes to about 250. That's where i got that estimate. :spinny:

TigerDirect has them for $236.00. Not sure what shipping is though. I made the HUGE mistake of buying one from an UNauthorized dealer off of Amazon Marketplace (Niagera Electronics). I recieved a brand new unit with all the serial numbers blacked out and a 30 day warranty. The 1 year warranty logitech offers was void and furthermore if anything ever went wrong with it logitech would not fix it because of the serial numbers. Sure enough 3 months down the road the unit stopped working and if it wasn't for my persistant bitching and a bad review for the reseller (which I had to retract), they would of done nothing since the 30 day warranty was over. They replaced it with a refurb, I sold it, and then bought a new one from Newegg at $50 more than what I paid for the original. At least the serial numbers are intact.

Lesson: make sure to get it from an authorized dealer even if it means paying a little bit more.

I bought mine from Best Buy. Paid $300 in the store but it has a 12 month warranty and no shipping costs.
