Ok, Ok, I know this is very noobish of me to post this and I could probably paint it myself if I had the time, but I don't so I'll ask this.

Where in the Internet can I find a BullRing version of Bobby Labonte's #10 Gander Mountian car? The only one I found was for the Rouix mod. Which is fine, but I don't ever use that mod.

All help would be appreciated.

*This is not intended as a paint request. Please do not paint the car for me. Just tell me one even exists.*

That's what you were looking for? It's just straight lines. You could have done that in, what, 5 minutes tops, instead of waiting 9 1/4 hours?

I downloaded the car, extracted it, and put it in the correct folder, but it won't show up in NR2003.

Do you have 'Display Active Drivers Only' selected in the 'Opponent manager'? If so, uncheck it and then scroll to the bottom of the list. It should be there.

Comments like this need to be stopped man. Not everyone has the skill to make their owns bases or even paint for that matter. Making cars isn't easy idc how easy it might be for you now because your an expert now. I'm pretty sure it took you a while to learn how to paint when you started and I'm almost certain that your most recent work is 9849781 times better than your first work! This is a website that FULLY WELCOMES ppl requesting things! So, i don't understand why everytime someone asks for something someone always has to make a rude or wise comment about them doing it themselves. If you don't wanna do it then fine don't. No need to comment and put in your 2 cents about how easy it is. Just my 2 cents :p

Not really. You apparently took my comment as some sort of slam on Frigus5 (you'll notice that he didn't). He also subsequently explained that he's a little 'rusty'. A base like this is one of the best ones to start on to learn how to do things and/or have a reason to shake the dust off the brushes.

Sadly, some people (no...not Frigus5) just want to have everything done for them & handed to them these days. Believe it or not, there are people out there who want to learn how to do things and improve their skills (in whatever field that might be). Others just like to harp & complain.

I freely supply logos that others might not be able to create themselves. I will also try to teach anyone the processes to accomplish the same. Why? Because if you improve your skillset you'll lower your dependence on others and maybe, just maybe, one day you'll be the one supplying what others need and can't do for themselves. Who knows, you might even end up encouraging them to improve.

yea your right sage! I agree with that. I use your website every now and then for logo's so I'm not bashing anyone. I was just stating that everytime i look at a thread when someone asks for something someone always has a "do it yourself" type comment. Nonetheless glad to see you got what you needed frig!

I'll throw my 2 cents in. I can agree with Sage and Iceman. Sage, it is kinda simple to do and I say that myself as an upcoming painter getting better at what I do. Iceman, I agree also, there are alot of young promising people who want to start painting but feel useless or turned away by some people who say "Go do it yourself". It's always good to encourage newcomers because sooner or later the phenomenal painters we have now in various communities will be gone. Not saying there no one to replace them when they do stop but let's try to be more supportive of new guys and crack down on some better guys who don't necessarily need it.

It may be simple to do, but you have to keep in mind that everyone has different talents, and someone else's talents may be different than yours...maybe they're not good at painting. It's good that we get requests and creations balanced on this site, but I wish everyone would be less hostile to newcomers! Can we get back on topic please, guys? :arghh:

I really must have missed the part where I was 'hostile'.
Oh wait...you haven't seen me be hostile. If I do...you'll know. It will be clearly obvious.

And with 4,400+ posts I don't think Frigus5 is a 'newcomer'.

Yeah..I've been here for over a year now..

My strength is fictionals. I've got this huge imagination and I just think up whatever car comes into my head and I make it happen. Actual cars however, not so much.
