Anyone using this wheel?

Hello all. I got a gift subscription to iRacing for Christmas and I do not have a wheel. I also have a PS3 and would like to only buy one controller for both. Sooo, my question is, are any of you using this wheel? Driving Forceâ„¢ GT

I'd like to only but one and it would be good to know if anybody is using this as I don't really want to buy it and find out I have to buy another to work with iRacing. Also, will the lack of clutch pedal be a problem? Thanks in advance for any info!!!!

So the wheel will work with iRacing... Sweet!! I guess the lack of clutch pedal isn't a problem for iRacing? I'm a little nervous to buy a used (reconditioned) wheel. They are only $100 new, I'd like to save the $40 but I think a new one with hopefully a year warranty might be worth it. Thanks for the input all!!

You get a 30 day warranty with the one i showed ya and there 145 for me in store idk how much they would be for you but you will not go wrong with the GT!

its the wheel i use for NR2k3 on my laptop, and Nascar 09, F1 World Championship, grid, dirt and Gran turismo prologue. Have had it for a year or so now. I love it. You will be worn out if you use the pro simulation settings. it has great response and adjustable on the wheel the tension in the steering. I have not used the GT25 or what ever the favorite one of most people are but i do love this wheel. it was 130 new when i bought it. F1 is awesome with this thing because you can set it up to use the paddle shifting if you want rather then the side shifter. 100 laps around bristol with it and i am wiped.

I got the GT wheel and when I plug it up my headset dont work. Any suggestions

Hi BubbaMan, are you plugging in a USB headset? If so, you will need to go into a test session or open practice. Once you are loaded in, select the Options menu (right next to the Garage tab), then select the Sound tab, then look in the VoiceChat menu. First, click the box "enable voice chat". Then, in the PlayBack menu, select the correct device (your USB headset), then in the Mic drop down select your USB headset. Good luck.

Question??? Can you setup the gear shifter on the G27 to work with iracing.com?? It keeps telling me when I try to set it up with iracing to enter something for reverse, I do that and then when I need to set something up with gear number 6 it overwrites the reverse gear... Any help would be awesome! If it doesn't work on iracing then that is just dumb!

On the G27, you have to push down on the stick and go to the 6th gear position to get reverse gear.
