App Crash Windows 7

I have windows 7 when I am on the main menu and I go to player info the game app crashes. I had the game working before but could not get the series mods to load so reinstalled now the series mods are showing up but it is app crashing. If anyone has help on this it is appreciated. I have tried google but could not find anything I have not already done.

I am on 32 and yes DEP is disabled

Have you installed the Papyrus update patch?

Have you installed the PWF GNS and CTS mods?

Most mods depend on both the patch and proper installation of both the GNS and CTS mods.

If they are properly installed, does it crash only on one mod or all mods? If not all, which mods cause the crash?

Can you access the Player Info screen in the original Cup series?
