Alright Leger... Here we go.

You do some really great paints. But one thing I notice is that they arent "complete". By that I mean you need to get some associate sponsors on that car. I see a base scheme, Numbers, Contigs and a primary sponsor. Your missing the associate sponsors that would go in front and behind the rear wheel well, the associate sponsors on the B and C pillars and the drivers name. Theres a lot of real estate there that if it is not used is costing the team money!

This is just a polish and detail susggestion. Again, the paint base and sponsors look good. The number could be a little bigger and moved forward on the body a bit.

Advertising money. They have empty space that they could have sponsors on there.

The old Dale Sr cars normally had Snap-on, Perdue Chicken, Sherwin Williams or AV Fuel, or something in front of the rear wheels. Who ever was a secondary sponsor such as Burger King, Sonic or Mom N Pops or Western Steer behind the rear wheels.

Looks good. I can see what he's saying about empty, but you dont wanna crowd it. If you like it like that, then maybe keep it that way. I, myself, love basic schemes.
