Big Time Graphics Tweaks (Better than Rockrod's tut)

2nd: Not to be mean but I'm pretty sure there are no tweaks that haven't been found for this game and that this tutorial is like the one at 30+ racing.

That's the problem with kids these days: they get rewarded for mediocrity. Why not give an A for something that is actually better than average?
