I've been chatting back and forth with a guy who seems to know what he's talking about. This is the product he recommended for a good graphics card:

Also adding a power supply was a suggestion we've talked about. I'm just looking for more opinions, can never be too careful when updating and you don't know exactly what you're doing.

What is one of the cheapest graphics card to get to run all settings on high at a decent FPS?
