BR 2011 Mod question

Does anyone have the ratings list file for BR 2011 Sprint Cup Mod? It would take awhile for me to go in the Opponent Manager to make it as accurate as possible. Also though this isn't an EA board, does anyone have NASCAR Thunder 2004?

You can use a program called NRatings to copy and past driver ratings from one mod/carset to another.
