Apparently he wasn't happy with how Newman was getting into his pit stall, claiming he pulling in poorly to block him leaving.

Okay, the only thing I heard about was that Ryan was racing Jeff Burton hard and then pitted and Jeff ran out from racing hard handing the lead back to Tony.

It seems like drivers claim "team orders" a lot about pitting.

It's a team sport, you do what you can to help your team win and team orders are 100% legal in NASCAR as they should be in all of racing.

Doesn't mean that it's good for the sport, tho.

I wouldn't say it's bad for the sport as a whole either... Maybe bad for the driver on the wrong end of it but hey that's how the cookie crumbles.

Newman did race hard, how is that illegal? Burton could have conservated fuel anyway...

Brad qualified 8th.
Ryan qualified 24th.

Therefore Brad picked his pit before Newman right?

IMHO Newman picking that stall intentionally to possibly make Brad spend a few extra seconds on pit road is no different then Brad looking at the timing lines and picking a pitstall so they can get a little edge on pit road exit.
