Bullring COT Spoiler mod carviewer?

Can someone help me find the carviewer, cause i cant find it.
AND, i dont wont to make a new thread for this question, so here it is. Can the FPS increase if I free up some space on my computer? (I deleted about 40 GBs worth of stuff on my pc) Thanks in advance!

Aren't the CarViewer files at Bullring Motorsports the ones you're looking for? Right there under the 'SprintCup 2010 Downloads' heading.
