Sure doesn't look like it, but I don't know too much about rendering, so I could be wrong.

Maybe it's rFactor? That model looks like it has too many polygons to be for NR2k3, but at the same time, the base is pixelated.

Fairly certain that's the NASCAR 09 car. The window shapes and the front end are dead giveaways to me.

Now that I look it, your right. It certainly does not look like a NR2k3 car, although, I am sure some render buff can do a render with Danica in it. I have seen some good renders...
