I've been looking for the 2007 Gold #2 Dodge of K Busch and finally found it here in the 2007 Cars folder. D/loaded and installed it in NR2003 with the 1.2.0.1 and noCD patch, and no other mods yet, but it doesn't show when I go to Opponent Manager to view and add it to the roster. I've installed 42 2007 Cup cars from Masgrafx and Team SBR, but this one loaded in the Cup folder but doesn't show. Are these 2007 cars made for a mod I don't have?

Thanks for the help....

Make sure you don't have the "show active drivers only" check box checked.

This car is for the regular game and no mod is needed. All you should need to do is extract the .cup.car file to C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\series\cup\cars (default location, may differ). If the car is placed properly, as DF28 said you might double check and make sure you don't have "Display Active Drivers Only" checked in the Opponent Manager.

Here's the link truexfan81;
http://www.simracingdesign.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=109

It's not.

This is what the file looks like in the Cup folder;

srd2kbbmlgoldenbeeraward,cup.car

Ok, it comes as a zip file, so make sure you extracted the car file within to its proper folder. And, not sure if you made a typo or what, but make sure it's srd2kbbmlgoldenbeeraward.cup.car :)

Apart from making sure the file is extracted properly and doesn't have a comma in the file name, maybe try shortening the file name?

Got it to work. Shortened the name to srd2kbgoldebeer.cup.car and it shows up. Another issue is I don't have WinZip, just using a WindowsXP Pro unzip program. I had trouble installing 3 cars from another site and they worked using WinZip but not the WindowsXP Pro unzip program. I am installing WinZip 11 today. That should work.
