Changing the car camera positions?

Hi, I wanted to move my roof cam on the cup cars. I downloaded nr Cam Hack but it wont work on Vista with direct x 10 (says dx8 is not found). Is there any other programs out there that will let you change the cam position? Or if anyone knows how to get the nr Cam Hack to work with with vista? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

iirc a program called gplcarcam allows you to edit the "car cameras" in nr2k3 too.

no idea about vista issues.
