Chase Elliott failed to pass post race tech and was disqualified from his win at the Snowball Derby. Tungsten was found in his car. Being a Hendrick development driver he will fit right in. Erik Jones declared the winner

Actually, that line is in part from a twitter feed, from the @DaleEarnahrdSr account, among others. But yeah... kinda unnecessary. Although in its own way (being a Hendrick fan) it is tongue in cheek humor, given the predilections of the HMS crew for "testing the boundaries".

I am laughing right now at why he was DQed. Instead of lead, or metal. He was using tungsten for weight. They said it was illegal because of how munch it cost. It had nothing to do with weight.
