JeffJordan is right. Let them race.It is something the drivers discovered and it works for speed. Love it or hate this is the racing we have now until maybe the new car in 2013. Plus we saw what happened in 2009 when they told them they cant bump draft. Single file line at the top for 3/4 of the race. I think I will take the 2 car tangos.

I'm excited to but also nervous about how good the racing will be. But the track has been rained on and I wonder if that will make the racing different with the lack of rubber or gripped left. I will want another 2009 Coke Zero 400 finish but thats just me. XD

I don't because that means that Kyle will make a stupid move, crash out and lose the race and then blame someone else for it, making himself look like an @$$. I will take that amount of excitement, however.:D

Didn't Kyle do that last year too?;)

Yeah, only then I think the air sucked him up the track and across JPM's hood. Dumb. And both times, he seemed to have the car to beat.

Kyle Busch always has the car to beat, it's just a matter of whether he does something stupid/keeps his emotions in check.

ANYWAY (not letting this turn into a KB discussion before the race even happens), I like the excitment of the two car tango, although I like it much more on Daytona than Talladega. There's too much room at Talladega and it seems that there is a better shot for underdogs at Daytona. At Talladega, sure we saw Blaney do awesome and David Gilliland did finish top 10, but the top 8 was Hendrick-Childress-Hendrick-Hendrick-Childress-Roush-Roush-Hendrick. At Daytona the top 8 was Wood Bros.-Roush-FRM-JTG-Penske-EGR-Furniture Row-Gibbs. Pretty stark contrast, I think the tighter track at Daytona is better for the tango and will be a better race.

Also, since the two Richard Petty cars won practice, wouldn't it be awesome if one of them won, particularly Allmendinger, since Saturday is Richard Petty's 74th birthday?

That would be great if AJ could win in the #43 for Richard's birthday! It would also be cool if Ambrose who left the 47 to be able to win on Richard's 74!

Well, the Daytona 500 finished like that because Mikey wiped half the field real early in the race.

He won't finish remotely close to that. :google_it_noob:

EDIT: Bowyer needs to stop whining about Cope.

Pretty cool to see the top 4 all be KHI cars as of now.

I stopped following on NASCAR.com's leaderboard as soon as they listed Tony Stewart in a Dodge. I actually lol'd at that fail. Whoever did that must've been up a little late last night. Tony Stewart in a Dodge? Gimme a break.
