Crash Sounds not working

I downloaded the soundpack in this vid and the sounds of when I crash aren't working. Anybody know the problem?

Yea I do, the car sounds work but the crashes are from the original game. I want the one in this video

I think I may have found the problem. I need a new sound.dat. Anybody know where I can find it?
