It'd be easier to remake the Matt Tifft signature from this hero card (found on his website).

I would say the font for his sig started out as this>>>Europa CG Bold>>>http://www.fontpalace.com/font-details/Europa+CG+Bold/
Then was edited for what is on the truck.

Logo #5 is New Vue. this is the best pic of the logo I can find though.

Behold, the final two logos! Logo #12, as previously stated, is Grumpy's Performance and logo #13 is InLine-Designs, the group who designed and wrapped the 82 truck. Here's a great shot of both logos:

Yup wouldn't ya know nothing like the actual logos on the sites. Unless I am looking at the wrong companies.

Inline Designs has a facebook page to go to. (Although all the other photos that show off their logo are smaller than this pic.)

Grumpy's Performance uses Hemi Head 426 for the text. (Although some of the letters got tweaked for the worse.)
