Carbon fiber would be cooler but it's honestly not that. What I would do is create a pattern that looks like that with the triangle vector shape or just make one with the pen tool in PS and then paint a layer and then create a mask to blend it into the black.

I know her number is 7 but I've already got a 7 in my lineup. As far as using a honda, I'm sorry, I don't do foreign cars !
