Dedicated Server?

Hey, I want to host an online race but I don't know if I can do it through the host tab under the multiplayer section in nr2003, or if I need a dedicated server. If I need a dedicated server, where do I get one?:arghh::arghh:

If you are behind a router you need to forward ports in order to host a race. Look in your nascar 2003 folder for a text file called server and open with notepad. Then go to the section on multiplayer behind a router or firewall.
