The 358 dirt modified big block mod ai ratings are low, mostly 40-60. This is going to keep the cars close together and the quality/ability of the ai driving will be less than optimal. However...
I tested the track with 358 dirt modified big block mod, OpponentStength@100. In 25 laps there were no incidents.
I tested the track with 358 dirt modified big block mod, OpponentStength@108. In 25 laps there was 1 single car incident, a slide into the fence in T4.
The track is made for gns, but I tested the track with CUP, OpponentStength@100 and more realistic ai ratings. This is a real disadvantage for cup cars to run cup physics with track.ini values designed for gns physics. In 50 laps there were 2 incidents (lap 12 & lap 15) involving 3 cars, both caused by a slide into the fence in T4.
If you are using 358_Fulton are you using a modified papy_ai.ini ?
I downloaded the 358 tracks from the bullring and i can fix the ai so they race great offline and get great lap times about 1 sec or so from the lap records so you have to push it to beat track records.. But the one problem i am having is i am using the Dirt55 mod from desmods racing and i am having a problem on most of my dirt tracks where the AI will not qualify.. If i qualify no matter what time i get i get the pole.. And if i skip qualifying i go to the rear of the field but in the qualifying results the AI still have no qualifying times.. Once i figure out this qualifying issue i can re-do all the dirt track ini files for about 50 dirt tracks i have and release them for everyones offline pleasure
