I got these off ebay. The wheel itself is off a DEI car (the ad said Jr's), upon inspection of the tire, that's from the 2009 Texas or Homestead races. And the rule books is just something I've been collecting over time when I have the extra cash.

Very cool! Do you keep the tire inflated or has it retained it's air since then?

They took the valve out the stem so there's nothing in there. Wouldn't work well anyways because there's a nice gash in the sidewall.
