Must have been when Elliott hit the wall.

Although, we would have seen the actual impact.

Somebody must've knocked into the guy taping, he was like "I got it! Get off!" At about 36 seconds in, you can see part of the impact, although you can clearly see him up in the air after that.

I just did some image stabilization of this video in my video editor. From what I could see it did kinda look like he did get some air. Still not clear though. I'll see if I can post the edited version a little later.
