Favorite Driver Helmet Designs

The title pretty much says it and it's something I've recently become very interested in since I'm getting into karting a little bit on an amateur level. A friend of mine (plus all of his karting buddies) have their own custom helmets and I started thinking about what I'd want on mine. I've been checking out some F1 classics along some of the newer ones to get some ideas.

Your friend's helmet is awesome. As much as I hate to admit it, Jimmie Johnson usually has a pretty good looking helmet (I believe his 2014 helmet even glows in the dark for some reason). Sebastian Vettel usually has some pretty helmets as well. Especially his Monaco and Singapore helmets.

Kyle Busch's MONSTER Energy lid usually comes to mind for one of my favorites. Also Dale Jr's Carbon helmet and the Carolina Hurricanes helmet that Regan Smith used a few years back.

I have always liked Clint Bowyer's helmets. Hate Duck Dynasty but the helmets look awesome

And of course I'm biased but almost every Gordon helmet is cool, especially in the rainbow warrior days.

Also Kyle Busch's helmets are killer. All the Monster ones are and I liked the Skittles one from earlier this year.

I personally love the skulls on helmets too like what Jr. has this year.

I would have to say that Joey Saldana's W.O.O. helmet this year, as well as Stewart Friesens and Ryan Briscoe's helmets are both also really cool

I believe BKD is the one who did my friends GT40 helmet design.

And I love Francois Cevert's helmet. There's something VERY similar to that in F1 2013 for one of the player helmet choices.

Yeah when I get back to racing i'd love to have BK do my helmet.

Jean Eric Vergne wore this at Monaco which is gorgeous.

Dale Jr. has had some pretty nice helmets over the years, plus a very intimidating face to match underneath XD

Smoke has some nice helmets, along with Six time. As far as non-NASCAR goes I always liked Schumi's old Ferrari helmets, and Tom Kristensen's as well.

I was close to adding JR to my list and that Audi helmet is not bad.
There is a helmet I saw during one the Indy races a few weeks ago that I thought looked cool but I don't remember who it was...(n)

I like Austin Dillon's old Maverick helmet, Daniel Ricciardo's 3 helmet, and Danica Patrick's helmet. Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, and Dale Jr have had some pretty good ones in the past as well.

I've always been a fan of Jenson Button's helmets, too. Probably helps that he's my favorite driver in F1. haha

I also like the simplistic look and color combo of Mario Andretti's helmet.

My favorite by far has to be Vettel's from Monaco. Don't care much for the driver but that helmet is sharp. I would love to have mine be done like that.
