I dont get it, he used someone else's metallic layer? Thats it? Did the fact that he may have forgotten to list his source or w/e cross your mind? Reading his post he never claimed the metallic layers were his.

Its easy to forget somethings, I use to forget some of the sources when I painted for nr2003 ages ago, I still forget some sources with my iracing cars, I try to get the sources and parts correct but sometimes I just miss a object or two, nobodys perfect , we all make mistakes.

Such as the almost 50 pager thread here of bashing, threatening, (and ripping) just a week or so ago that both Toolman and Rogue were participating in against sb70. That's blatant ripping (and even worse), purposefully done...

So I'm on my normal computer now. And I just downloaded the car straight from the NR2003 paint site...looks fine

But the one you posted, eouptuy, looks like you just pasted your metallic layer right over the flat. Different shade of purple/blue, isn't it. Don't treat me like an idiot either. I know an overlay layer in PS brightens the layer under it. Look on the C-pillar. The original has no shine. But the "blatantly ripped" one has a shine. The side skirts don't have that shade line. Same with the hood area too. The whole fucking flat is different.

So long story short. I call bullshit.

My eyes are nowhere good enough to be able to tell if he ripped that or not. But whether he ripped or not (and I'm inclined to believe he didn't, though I have no proof of that), why are you throwing an entire website under the bus for "supporting ripping" when none of the site admins have said anything in this thread that supports ripping? A few people expressed their opinions and said from what they could tell, it didn't appear to be ripping. Did anyone here in this thread say "I think ripping is great and I support it"? No, so get outta here with your bullshit claims and go give your laptop back to your mommy because it's clear you need a timeout.
