Fish-eye effect?

Is it possible to have the fish-eye effect on the onboard (roof) camera while playing?

Depends. I've been able to achieve it using CCM. If you zoom it out all the way, it increases the field of view giving you the fish eye effect, but I don't know anything about editing camera angles for driving

I think you may be able to achieve this using CamHack. I haven't used it all that much, but I think that'll be your best bet.
