Force Feedback Greyed Out

I using a (not very fancy) Sweex Steering Wheel.

This has force feedback. I can verify the FF is working in Windows XP (via Control Panel/Game Controllers). When I go to options in NR2003 the force feedback options are greyed out.

Is it possible to enable force feedback? Do I need to download anything else (Nr2003 currently at patch 1.2.0.1)?

you might need to find updated drivers for it, maybe. try Google. i don't use that wheel so i don't know. just a suggestion and good luck.
