FPS?

I do an offline league and I get 30-70 FPS when I'm not recording. When I use Fraps, my FPS goes to down to 6 and that makes my videos look horrible. I use Windows 7 btw. Any help?

Trying to record with fraps is not the best idea. It is a memory hog. It also records uncompressed if you want high resolution so havign a full race would easily be GB's of data

The best way to capture pc gameplay is with an external device that uses no cpu power. I personally use an Elgato HD capture card. It has HDMI input, 60 fps and 1080p capture capabilities.
