Getting back into NR2003, need some advice please!

Hello all,

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

I haven't played the game since 2009 but plan to start again to race against the AI for fun in my spare time. I want to run the 2012 NC and NNS schedule against the ai basically.

So with that, please is it possible to share...

- What mods are best to download for NC and NNS?
- Where it is possible to download a recent carset with driver ratings included?
- Where it is possible to download up to date NASCAR tracks?
- Where a good sound pack can be found?
- Where paint templates for relevant mods can be found?
- Where 2012 schedules can be found?
- Where any recent graphic updates can be found?

If there is anything else that I may need, such as a patch, please is it possible to share this also?

It's amazing how rusty you can become over time. I used to play this game religiously but have completely lost touch with its progress! So I'd appreciate any feedback which can be offered.

To answer your questions, after you install the game, it is necessary to download and install the 1.2.0.1 patch for NR2003. This patch is required for any mods you wish to run, and it is available in SRD's Downloads area.

For the Cup mod, your best bet is to use the BR2012 Sprint Cup mod available at Bullring Motorsports. Download the mod here: BullRing Motorsports

For the Nationwide mod, your choices range from the PWF GNS mod (available at MasGrafx) to SRD's own NWS11 mod.
