GNL.TV Ticker for NR2003

So I've been spending the last couple of weeks trying to figure out GNL.tv. I heard that this is a program that shows a live ticker for NR2003. I've look all over the internet trying to find good information on how to set it up because I have no idea. If there is anyone here who knows what GNL.tv is and can help me set it up, please reply

If someone could provide a link to the program, i'd love to try the program out myself. I've been trying to find a program that displays a live ticker like what iRacing has.
