Good online leagues/servers

I just wanted to know what websites have good racing leagues or servers that you ccan go on at anytime? And how do you get onto the servers. Do you go into the game and go to multiplayer or do you have to download a different program?

the leagues name is revolution racers league its a good league which is willing to help rookies become better drivers

You go to multiplayer and put in the ip where it tells you, the leagues that require you to pay I steer clear of.

Technically, you don't need SMS Lobby in that league, but you can still use it.

Some people use it, some don't, depends on what you have. You don't NEED it though.
