I just got this from iRacing.com staff now.

A little bit late, that was last season and I was a rookie, now I'm a class D ready for promotion.
I have 16 official wins and 2 unofficial as well.

Yes, now everyone gets a certificate for winning their first race. If you got your win before they started doing it you can e-mail Timothy Wheatley and have him send you one for your first win as well.

Nope, I want to say it started a couple of seasons ago. So maybe about 6 months or so ago.

I won my first races in July 2008, this was before they started doing certificates. I simply emailed the customer support and within a couple of weeks I received my certificates.

hmmm, I have to email them cause I joined last month, have won at least 10-12 races. Thanks for the help

I recognize your name... we accually raced in a Late Model race a few days ago and I remember both of us battling for position untill the end.

Congrats on getting the certificate, I'm still waiting on mine for my first road win I got a couple weeks ago.
