How to use the Graphics Tweaker?

Click the credits and info button when you start the tweaker. It will tell you what each setting is and does.

Should I use the settings the program suggest?

Make sure you back up your settings first. There is a button that will backup up your files.

Then try so different tweaks. See how your notebook responds to them.

I've got to be honest, your equipment from what I saw in your other posts is what the problem is. The settings in the tweaker can't help that.
