Having issue with 3D'S Max late model

Hey all, Im having a minor issue with 3DS Max and the SBS Late Model for a regular scene I got no probleme it works fine but I wanted to add a picture to make a background pics so I can make a sort of On Track Scene I thought I had it right but guess not because my Picture appears in back of the car and the gray box look at the pictures for examples. Any help much appreciated.
