Having problems with some mods

Hwy guys I'm having some problems with some mods not working like the indycar mod owr07.rar,Indycar_Racing.7z from smithsden,fi by vsr,and /NCTS09/ncts09v1.2.zip.
I must be missing something I extrated them to the series file like alot of other mods but they don't show up like the other ones I have done.

Any help would be welcome thanx guys

How many mods do you have in the folder now?

Like 12 or so

Make sure they haven't created an extra folder in the hierarchy. Normally it's Nascar Racing 2003 Season/Series/Cup and then the cars folder and a bunch of files. For the ones not working it could be Nascar Racing 2003 Season/Series/owr07/owr07 and then cars folder + files.
Another thing to check is that the foldername matches the .dat file inside it (ie inside the Cup folder you have a file called cup.dat etc)
