I like the hood. Great ideas yall! But the back now feels lazy. :(

Yep Yep! (y)

Now for the back, make that text run from just about the middle of the B-Pillar or the front edge of the side window to just under the gas filler... May have to squash it just a little bit but a little cutting off from the wheel well is acceptable. I would say angle it, but then it wouldnt flow with the body stripe graphic.

Man, JMR, that looks awesome. :)

I agree, though, the back really does look like it needs something else. Just throwing this out there, but have you thought about mirroring your coloring on the front...and by that I mean, maybe a white decklid...and narrow up the end of the design on the rear QP, so that it goes just under the Pennzoil text...then yellow on the bottom, wrapped around to the back...?

Just throwing ideas out there...:)

Looking racier with more logos on there. :)

I know its still in the design phase, but I'd reconsider the numbers...

If not font, then just something to make them pop. The door number doesn't really stand out...it probably just needs to be a tad bigger and have a drop shadow or something, but it needs something, imho.

I like the base, a lot. Pennzoil flows with it nicely. I also like the roof number. The only thing that needs more is the numbers, as Mike already posted. Fix the door numbers and do the secondary stuff and I think it's a winner.

I'll be brutally honest...I hate those numbers. They remind me of a start and park car, with a plain white scheme and no sponsors. Which obviously doesn't fit this car. It has a nice, complete base with a good sponsor.

I think making the numbers "pop" like the hood logo would look good. Make them go over the base lines, maybe a shadow as well.

Wow! Thanks guys. I'll get on it. The numbers are so up in the air that I'm willing to do anything with them. I don't like the roof number, it looks like the go army car. The door numbers are ugly, but I thought I could sneak em past you! So I'll go look at some fonts.

Ok. Here. try these.

Just size them by the height... See what the pixel distance is between the black lines on the size, then deduct 8 and size the height to that number with a locked ratio. Should do the trick.

Looks pretty good. I wonder how it looks if the numbers are inside of the black... Not touching. but with about a 4-6 pixel clearance.

Pain in the butt aint it! LOL

I'd have to see it rendered to have a really good opinion, but off of the flats, I think the first option, with the numbers overlapping the base slightly, looks better. :)

Yea, I like the 2nd one myself. But at this point it all comes down to opinion. Hell I think they both look good.
