Help with NR2k3

For some reason, when I go to play NR2K3, the game seems really fast.
When I go to the player menu or the paint shop the cars are spinnin really fast.
When I go to race, the cars are going fast but the mph and lap times are both normal.


This makes the car hard to control and run decent lap times and makes this wonderful game impossible to enjoy.


Please help.

Did you download the patch? If so download the patch fix here:

if that is the official patch, then yea i have it
it has done this before, and usually i can log out and try again and it is fine. but nothing is working this time. the speed of the game is super fast, but the cars still run their normal lap times.

That is a patch for the patch, I guess you would say. I have had this problem too but it usually fixes itself.

Restart your PC...See if that fixes it

I hav this problem from time to time, I usually jst exit out and restart it, sometimes that works, if it doesnt, like said above, restarting ur PC should help.

it used to do that a lot on my previous pc and i noticed that when it was doing it i only had like 10-15fps u could be having the same problem. when driving use the "f" key to bring up the fps meter

yea i usually have this problem everytime i play and i can usually just exit out or restart the PC and it fixes it. but this time i have exited and restarted close to ten times and it still doesnt fix it for some reason.
