I am trying to download the .ini files off of RevampedReloaded and I am trying to figure out where to extract the files. Any help?

P.S. When this works could someone tell me how to get to the .ini files? The only thing I want to do is to make the cars more aggressive but them not wrecking, just like bumping and moving each other.

Ok, I got it to work, so just ignore the original topic. How do you make it to where the AI is more aggressive like bumping, but not wrecking them? Like the bump n' run.

Have you tried the search function? Playing with the .ini's is the only way to get the AI to suit what your looking for. Search the forms and take some notes, then you just have to dive in to changing values. Its a lot of trial and error for each track. If found there is no easy way to just adjust them across the board you have to spend time at each track to see what works. It has taken me years to get my AI where it is just tweaking a little bit at a time.

Sorry for being so late in responding, but I like the AI just fine. The only thing I want to do is make the AI bump and hit each other more, but not like wreck the whole time. I think I have it all set, but how do I import them into the game from notepad?

I think it involves changing the A.I strength in the race options menu. Try bumping A.I Strength up to 95% or so. Other than that, you don't have to import anything

Once you edit a line in the track .ini you just save it. Click the file tab and then save. Like I said before getting the AI how you want it is a bit more than just setting the A.I strength in the race options menu. Its the best place to start but you can do more with .ini's and say your in a championship, you cant adjust their strength once you start only the ratings. In any lite learning to tweak the ini's is well worth it if you plan on playing NR2003 for years to come like so many of us have.

So do I have to save it in a specific folder or something?

I have the BR download and truck download so I'd like to get the .ini files in there.

The track ini's are located in the track folders already. You just edit them and save, just keep track of what you change.

Also, if you make a copy of the original .ini 1st, you can always delete the one you tinkered with and just go back to the original.
