Help !!!!!!!!!!

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!! I tried to uninstall nr2003 from my comuter and it said it did so i deleated the papyrus folder and it still says the games not uninstallled when i start it and it will start when i put it in but it doesn't have the paprus folder so im screwed and comuter retarded so can someone help me and explain in the simpilest way to fix it. thank you

1) How did you uninstall it exactly? What did you do after that?

2) Paint.net is what I have. Right away you can work with tga files(which is the file type to get it into .car format) but, you will need to download the psd plugin from the Paint.net forum so you can actually use the templates, logs, numbers, contigs, driver sigs and so on which will either be in psd, psp and most if not all of the stuff from Brands of the World is in esp format(think paint.net can use them dont remember). I don't think there is a psp plugin so make sure you dont dl anything thats in psp format.

3) How do you make one? Well, im guessing since this will be you first you want to just DL everything you need and them all to the template for the car. Im not going to go through this part of the process but I will post links(and check the links section on those sites too and then on those sites and on those sites and soo on...cause everything is spread out other than google images and Brands of the World) aswell as tell you how to get one ingame after you have put your car together.

How to get a car ingame(from tga to .car):
1) After you have your car finished save it as a tga and make sure it saves to the exports/imports folder.
2) In the opponent manager screen click on the new car button and give it a filename and select the make(fill out the details and ratings if you want) and click the exports/imports button and select your newly created tga file and click ok and thats it.

i uninstalled it by clicking uninstall on the main screen when i put the disk in. it sai that it was uninstalled s iwent into my files and deleted my papyrus folder because i wanted to start over and i thought i had uninstalled so then after deleating the file i went to install the game and it said uninstall not install so it ment it had not uninstalled even though it said it did.

Sounds like the regristry file for NR2003 is still in your system's registry. Did you try to restart the system before re-installing?

Once you click on the link in the first post, scroll down to the download section and you'll see which one to get(hint: its the one thats not the source code lol). Once you DL it, place the plugin in the filetypes folder. Its that simple.

It's uninstalled. When you pop the disk in it has an auto-start program. You can uninstall it for days if you want. Trust me. it's gone. If you wanna double check, go into "CONTROL PANEL" and then "ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS". Trust me, you won't find NASCAR there. And, from now on, just use the control panel to delete programs.
