High-Rez National Guard PSD logo?

Does anyone have the one from Scott's site from a while ago? Or know of another good .PSD/.EPS National Guard logo? One that could easily be color-changeable as I'm working on a car similar to Jr.'s '08 Citizen Soldier car:
