How do you make .lst files? i got a carset and it came without a lst file and i had the year after it too so i was wondering if someone could tell me how to make one. Thanks Also how to assign cars to it OUTSIDE the game. Thanks

You can open an existing .lst file in notepad.

To create a new one go in-game and select the New button (it's in the top-left hand corner I think) then select the cars you want in the roster.

It's easier just to make it in-game, it will detect all of the cars and add them to a list, rather than taking an hour-or-more to do it with notepad.
