I think you have to post a certain amount of times before you can load one.

No you just go into quick links and you click on user control panel and there should be an edit avatar link and there you go.

ok i can not get my RAR car files in the game, i can get the cup.car files in, and i do have the SSW cot patch on the game but the RAR cars won't show up, can some one help me

rar is an archive file. Use Winrar to extract.

First, don't be afraid to make a new thread. It's more likely your question will get seen that way.

Second,
zip=rar=7z
Open it with WinZip, WinRAR, or 7-Zip to get the .cup.car file out.
