I need a BIG FAVOR

Alrighty, I've been making a promotion video for Daniel Dennis' NR2003 Offline Series and it's been finished for about a week.

However, I have Sony Vegas 8, and every time I render the video, I get an error within the first 30 minutes of the render. I've done about 5 render attempts and each time it fails on me.

Now.... if somebody could be oh so kind to render this video for me in their Sony Vegas, I would love and appreciate the help. If you are interest in helping me, PM me your email address and I will email you back with a big .zip file of the Vegas project file and all of the clips for the video in one big file together.


Please help!

I'll see once it fails again lol. But the rendering the video always fails at the 0:34 minute marker.....

Hahahaha just in time.... I got the error.

It says....

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process ID=0x1094 (4244), Thread ID=0xa20 (2592)

Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application

And that was the first time that message popped up. Before it would just basically say that the render attempt failed.

I can probably help, but i'm on a 56k. :cry:
Depending on the file size, i won't be ale to upload it...

However, if the rendering always stops at 0:34, check what you did there on the project. Errors in rendering can be caused by an overload of information: check if you're not using a bunch of effects at the same time; a big PNG with alpha channel can cause trouble (it caused a similar problem for me a few years ago), a corrupted video file (wich also caused me problems in the past). Also, choose a good codec. DivX is a good choice.

Last time I'm gonna render this. Let's see how it goes.....

If it doesn't work, I'll pack up all the video files and the Vegas file and send it to whomever would be so kind to render the video.

It went just a bit over the 0:34 marker but then Vegas decided to freeze on me now. Ugh, if it's not one thing it's another thing.

Well, whoever wants to render this video, let me know here and shoot me a PM giving me your email so I can send you all the files that are needed. You need Vegas 8 or higher to render this.

I'll try to send the files to whoever wants to render the video hopefully tomorrow if I find time. Maybe Friday, but I'm having a friend from school spend the night so I really don't know but i've tried everything and I'm failing. Rendering videos has NEVER been a problem till now.

Whoever wants to help.... I have the file ready to go. Big file though, but if Vegas ever asks you where the files are, they're altogether so you won't have to go nuts.
