I will say that there is a forum on here about track design that is easily accessible. There are plenty of great track builders, but be warned... Like you, they have school work or work or families to deal with and it isn't just something that can be done all willy nilly.
So, feel free to post in that forum, but do give some details on the track, and make sure you follow the track request guidelines.
