It may have been found and I looked it up, but could not find any results. You can edit arcade setups in simulation mode. If you don't like how your setups handles and only a little bit to work with?
Go into C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\tracks\Daytona_SDT_Day(EX. Daytona)
Backup the arcade.xxx.acd and rename it to arcade.xxx.sim. Then go into nr2003 and edit that setup to whatever you like and save it. Go back into the directory and rename it back to arcade.xxx.acd(the "xxx" is whatever physics you are using). You can do this is you want to bring a simulation setup into arcade mode.

Yes of course you can do that, its called a hybrid setup, we have been doing that for our N4 setups for almost 13 years.
