Self explaining title.
Once you get ccm, open it up to the menu.
Before you do anything else, follow these steps!
If you have Windows Vista, go to Star/Control Panel/User Accounts And Family Safety/User Account/ and on the bottom you should see Turn User Account Control On or Off. Click on it and uncheck Use UAC to protect your computer. You'll have to reboot your computer.

Also, when CCM is open, click the default.cmf tab next to the main tab. Click on it and then click the GPL Alternate views. Then go to set tab on the top and click distribute. Then click okay.

Afterwards, go to the NR2003 folder wherever you put in in your computer and copy and paste the pacecar.cam and make_a.cam file into all off your main NR2003 mod folders (examples are the aero88 mod folder, cup90 mod folder, etc.) AND your GPLForever folder wherever it may be located in your folder.

Once that is done
1. Check off Enable Direct Control
2. Check off Mouse Look Mode
3. Check off Mouse Bank Mode
4. Locate your NR2003.exe file (it should already be located for you..)
5. Make sure at the bottom left corner it has NR2003 in the slot
6. Click on the Nascar Racing 2003 Season button on the top left corner.
YOU MUST HAVE THE CAMERA CONTROL MASTER MENU ON THE WHOLE TIME FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY!!!!
7. Go to a replay of your choice.
8. When you're viewing a replay, go to the pit road 1 camera, then press the delete button on your keyboard.
9. There you will be able to move the camera around freely, use the left and right mouse buttons for zooming up and zooming down.
10. Press the insert key to stop moving the camera and the Home button to start the camera where it was originally was.
When you go to the roof camera...
Press the insert key to start moving the camera around. Press the delete key to stop moving the camera and the home key to where the camera originally was.
I hope you find this tutorial helpful! :D

You must have the ccm menu up when viewing a replay. You can't just go to a random replay and press the delete button w/o the ccm menu up and running. You press the NR2003 button on the top left hand corner. Choose a replay , move the camera to pit road 1 and the press delete, read the tutorial again and if you have any other questions, let me know.
BTW, you're welcome tylerisgod, glad to help!

ok i got the cam to start moving, and understand that much. Now, my goal is to make a new, more realistic roof cam view like the one seen on real life tv. All i need to do is move the cam back some, and up a bit. Once i find my position, and stop it, how do i save it and use it for driving from?

I have the CCM menu up and running, however when on roof cam i cant move by hitting insert, and when on pit lane 1 i cant move by hitting delete. Maybe im doing something wrong, but I cant seem to find what i may be doing wrong..

Are you hitting the NR2003 button on the top left corner on the CCM menu?

Yes sir i am.

I have read your instructions 3 times, maybe i dont know how to correctly maneuver the camera around the car? Im not quite sure, but i have hit the delete key and tried to move it around any way i could think of. I have had no such luck.

Hopefully some solution maybe found.

Thanks for any help.

If anyone finds this and has the same issue as a few users above, you want to be sure you have "Enable Direct Control" CHECKED

The others still need to be unchecked.
