in-car seat adjustment

No luck with search....

I know there is a keystroke or combination of keystrokes that allow you to move the seat position forward/back for the cockpit view but it escapes me...can someone please advise

Isn't there also one to adjust brake bias while your driving? I can't seem to find that.
