Increasing steering ratio

Hello,

as everybody known, there is maximum of steering ratio in car setup 32:1.

But - is there any trick how to increase this ?
(E.g. in Grand Prix Legens, there was a utility for editing setups... and after setting a value 'outside' allowed, the game, after loading edited setup, accepted this override settings)...

Maybe a hexediting of setup file?

I doubt it, because it's probably hard-coded into the NR2003 executable, which we're not allowed to change.

It is hardcoded into the executable. Even if we could touch the EXE, the amount of time needed to do it wouldn't justify the end result.
