Yes... but the FREE statement was a bit absurd... only mods for N2003 are free.

With two small kids and doctor bills, etc. the prices for I-racing are absolutle absurd. For me, NR2003 is a free diversion that I enjoy and as long as there are new mods and add ons being made for NR2003, I will stick with that. As Matt said above, by the time you get everything you need to race on all the tracks and cars to race and race against, the cost is not justifyable for my family situation, as it probably isn't for a lot of people. I find Dave's response that my answer of free to his question was "childish" was insulting. He does not know my financial situation and he has no place passing judgment on anyone else for not feeling that I-racing is as affordable has he thinks it is.

Enough of the opinions on iRacing being too expensive and the comparisons to NR2003. This is an iRacing forum, not a iRacing compared to nr203 forum. Leave your negativity of iRacing at the door.

If you don't like it, don't buy it, and don't bother reading about it. If you can't afford it fine, just say so and move on. iRacing I am sure, is aware not everyone can afford it, we are all aware at this forum, not everyone can afford it, can we all at least agree on that?

Last warning about the bashing of iRacing, I will start handing out bans if this continues.

I'm not saying everyone can afford iRacing... but your "free" comment really is way out there. When I asked what would be affordable I was looking for serious replies. I should have known better.
