I need a little help here. I have the latest version of gimp and already have a car half painted, but i can't figure out how to make a curve without doing it by free hand and then have it look like crap! If someone could just tell me how to make a curve so I don't feel like an idiot anymore that'd be great. :D

On GIMP, there is a feature called the "Paths Tool". First, you will want to click on the paths tool (shown in attached image) and then you will click in two places, where you want your curve starts and where you want it to end. After you have done that, click "Edit" on your toolbox (shown below) and click anywhere on the line you just created and drag it. You can do that as much as you need to. If you want to simply move your curve a little, just switch from Edit back to Design and drag one of the little circles on your line. Once you are happy with your curve, you can hit the Enter Key to make a selection out of it or you can click "Stroke Path" to just create an outline it.

Hope this helps and makes sense!
